A custom open-source stack.

Integrations, automation, infrastructure. No SaaS subscriptions. No lock-in. You own it.

Why your current stack is holding you back

If you run an SME or work independently, you know these problems:

  • Your seven SaaS tools do not talk to each other. You copy and paste between Trello, HubSpot, Notion, Gmail and WhatsApp. You lose hours every week.
  • Your monthly subscriptions exceed your margin. And every year the prices go up without notice.
  • Your customer data sits on distant servers. You can neither export it cleanly nor control it.
  • If a vendor shuts down or changes its terms, you lose years of data and configuration.
  • Your freelance developer leaves, and your infrastructure leaves with them. No documentation, no handover.

1. Custom integrations

Is your current stack fragmented? I connect the pieces.

What I can do:

  • REST API: custom integrations between your tools (CRM, marketing, accounting, messaging).
  • Webhooks and triggers: real-time automation of your business events (new customer, quote signed, payment received).
  • Meta Business API: metrics retrieval, campaign management, automated publishing.
  • Odoo customisation: custom modules, Studio automations, third-party integrations (any tool you use).
  • WhatsApp Business API: automatic replies, automatic lead creation in your CRM, customer context recognised.

2. n8n workflows & orchestration

A central hub that orchestrates all your processes. Not ten tools fighting each other.

My specialities:

  • Conversational agents: multi-channel chatbots (WhatsApp, Messenger, Telegram, website) that qualify leads and answer recurring questions.
  • n8n workflows: orchestration of complex tasks, intelligent triggers, execution on business events.
  • CRM/ERP automation: Odoo, Zoho, custom integrations. Quotes sent, follow-ups automated, invoices generated without you touching anything.
  • Multi-agent systems: several AIs coordinated to run end-to-end processes (qualification, follow-up, escalation to a human when needed).
  • Automated social publishing: one article → posts adapted to each platform → publication → consolidated analytics.
  • Intelligent notifications: confirmed bookings, customer follow-ups, business alerts, escalation in case of emergency.

3. Digital infrastructure architecture

Former Microsoft systems engineer (2002-2010). I am equally at home with open source and proprietary solutions.

My approach:

  • Open-source first stack: freedom, control, scalability. If a vendor changes its terms tomorrow, you are not trapped.
  • Secure self-hosting: your sensitive data runs at your place, on your own hardware. Or on a VPS you rent directly (with no SaaS middleman).
  • Modular architecture: your systems evolve with you, not against you. You can replace one component without breaking everything.
  • Documentation and handover: everything is documented, versioned and transferable. If you change provider one day, your setup keeps running.
  • Migration away from Microsoft: exit from costly licences, move to LibreOffice / Nextcloud / Linux. Without any service interruption.
  • Private server setup: self-hosted Odoo, SiYuan (knowledge base), MinIO (private S3 storage), reverse proxy, monitoring.
  • Docker for fast deployment: reproducible, isolated stacks with clean updates. No more "it works on my machine but not in production".

What is genuinely different with us

1. Open-source first

No proprietary licence that can lock you in. The source code is open, documented and durable. If we disappear tomorrow, you carry on without us.

2. You own everything

The servers are yours (or your host's). The data is yours. The configuration is documented. No monthly subscription that keeps rising.

3. Technical pragmatism

No overengineering. I build what solves your problem now, with the ability to evolve tomorrow. No pointless stack.

4. Proven stack

25 years of IT experience. My stack is tested on my own projects before it is offered. You are not paying for prototypes.

5. Documentation and handover

Everything is documented and teachable. If you want to change provider in two years, your setup keeps running without us.

Concrete examples

  • WhatsApp Business → automated Odoo CRM. A prospect writes to you. The AI agent qualifies the need, creates a scored lead in your CRM and alerts you if it is urgent.
  • Blog article → multi-channel publishing. You write an article. The workflow generates variants for LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and Twitter, publishes them at the best times, and consolidates the analytics in one dashboard.
  • Intelligent business notifications. Booking confirmed → customer email, calendar task, mobile alert, dashboard updated. You no longer handle the coordination.
  • Automatic document generation. Quote signed → invoice sent → payment received → access created → welcome email → task assigned to your team.
  • Microsoft → open-source migration. An SME moves off Office 365 to Nextcloud + LibreOffice + Odoo. Without any service interruption, with team training and full documentation.
