Privacy Policy

This policy explains which personal data are collected when you use the lab77.ch website, why they are collected, how long they are kept and which rights you may exercise.

It is drawn up in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revised FADP, in force since 1 September 2023) and, for people located in the European Union, with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Data controller

2. Data we process

  • Contact form: name, e-mail address, optionally phone number and company, and the content of your message. This information creates a lead in our CRM.

  • Appointment booking: name, e-mail address, chosen time slot and, where applicable, the purpose of the appointment.

  • Online shop: identity, billing and delivery address, e-mail address, order details. Payment is handled by our provider; we neither receive nor store your card details.

  • Customer account and online courses: login credentials and progress through the content you follow.

  • Cookies and audience measurement: see section 4.

  • Server technical logs: IP address, date and time, requested page, browser type. They serve security and the proper operation of the site.

We do not collect sensitive data and we carry out neither profiling nor fully automated decision-making.

3. Purposes and legal bases

Your data are used to:

  • answer your requests and follow up on them;

  • arrange and confirm appointments;

  • process orders, invoicing and after-sales service;

  • give access to training content;

  • guarantee the security, availability and improvement of the site;

  • comply with our legal obligations, in particular accounting ones.

Depending on the case, processing is based on the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps, on your consent (non-essential cookies, sending of information), on a legal obligation, or on our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the site.

4. Cookies and audience measurement

The site sets cookies that are necessary for its operation (session, language, cart) and, subject to your consent, audience measurement cookies loaded through Google Tag Manager. Consent is requested on your first visit and can be changed or withdrawn at any time. The list of cookies is given in our cookie policy.

5. Hosting and processors

The site and its database are hosted in Switzerland, on a server rented from Infomaniak Network SA (Geneva). We use the following providers:

  • Infomaniak Network SA (Switzerland): server hosting and mail service;

  • Stripe: payment processing for the online shop;

  • Google: Google Tag Manager and audience measurement, only after consent.

These providers use your data only for the service entrusted to them.

6. Transfers abroad

Your data are hosted in Switzerland. Some providers (payment, audience measurement) may process them in the European Union or in the United States. Such transfers rely on the safeguards provided for by the applicable law, in particular standard contractual clauses and the adequacy decisions recognised by Switzerland and the European Union.

7. Retention periods

  • contact requests and sales leads: 3 years from the last exchange;

  • appointments: 3 years;

  • orders, invoices and accounting records: 10 years (Swiss legal obligation);

  • customer account and course progress: as long as the account exists;

  • technical logs: 12 months at most;

  • cookies: durations stated in the cookie policy.

8. Security

The site is served over HTTPS only, administrative access is restricted and the database is backed up daily. We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, unauthorised access and misuse.

9. Your rights

At any time you may:

  • access the data we hold about you;

  • have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected;

  • request the erasure of your data;

  • object to a processing operation or request its restriction;

  • receive your data in a common, machine-readable format (portability);

  • withdraw your consent, without affecting processing already carried out.

To exercise these rights, write to info@federico.pro. Proof of identity may be requested in case of doubt. We answer within 30 days.

If our answer does not satisfy you, you may refer the matter to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC, Bern) or, if you live in the European Union, to the supervisory authority of your country.

10. Changes

We may adapt this policy. The version in force is always the one published on this page.
